Please read carefully all our policies and guidelines before sending your proposal.
Commit will take place on 21-22 April in Madrid.
Call for Proposals will be open from October 27th until November 30th.
We will notify either your talk has been selected or not. The agenda will be published at the end of January.
Speakers don't need a ticket for the conference. If you want to make sure you can attend, we highly recommend to purchase a ticket in advance, which can be refunded later if your talk has been selected.
WHAT PROPOSAL CAN I SEND?
-Talk (45 minutes, including 5 minutes for Q&A)
-Open Space (100 minutes) This is a participant-driven meeting which is led by you, who suggest the topic, but there will be an exchange of information and ideas between all participants.
POLICIES AND GUIDELINES
We won't use your personal information for other purposes than the Call For Proposals and communications related.
Sessions can be delivered in either Spanish or English. Please choose a language that you are fluent with.
Maximum 2 speakers per talk. You won't be allowed to add more speakers after the talk has been selected.
Commit can cover your travel and accommodation expenses: be sure to check the "Reimbursement of expenses" box before sending your proposal.
Fill in the"Biography" field that you will find by
displaying your Koliseo profile before sending the talk.
Be careful with typos, sloppy formatting, and all-lowercase. Small details may count against your proposal.
We appreciate links to any slides or videos of former presentations, to help evaluate your proposal.
Log in with an email that you usually check and not a secondary or a corporate one. We will send you all the information there.
