The Call for Papers will be open from September 16 until November 17 (new extended timeline).

We will notify you in January if your session is included in the agenda.

Speakers do not need to purchase a ticket for the conference. However, to secure your attendance, we recommend buying a ticket in advance, which will be refunded if your talk is selected.

If you've never given a talk before, you can access support and mentorship through the 'New Speakers Program' by selecting "Yes, I would like a mentor" in the Call for Papers form. More details here.
SESSION TYPES

Talk: 45 minutes, including 5 minutes for Q&A.

Open Space: 100 minutes, participant-driven meetings where you lead by facilitating a topic and follow-up questions.
POLICIES AND GUIDELINES

You may deliver your session in either Spanish or English. Please select the language you are most comfortable with.

Each session may have a maximum of two speakers. You will not be allowed to add more presenters after being selected.

If your company does not compensate your travel and accommodation expenses, Commit can cover them. In that case, check the "Reimbursement of Expenses" box. Budget is limited.

Please be diligent in checking for typos and ensuring proper formatting. Small details can impact the evaluation of your proposal.

We appreciate the inclusion of links to slides or videos from previous presentations to help us evaluate your proposal. You do not need to send the presentation for the proposal itself.

Log in using an email address that you regularly check, not a secondary or corporate account. All information will be sent to this email address.

Commit will share the list of session proposals with tech communities during the evaluation process.
